From your Browser (i.e. Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) click on "Tools", then select "Internet Options". From the Internet Options menu, select the "Privacy" tab. For this session of PayPal, select 'accept all cookies'. Click "Apply", then "OK". You are now ready to proceed to PayPal.

VPMom.com wants your payment experience to go smoothly. By setting your PC to accept all cookies you should not experience any 'timed out' or other errors through PayPal.
